  Production process



  The facility of our enterprise houses eight cold-rolling mills XPT-75 and four cold-rolling mills XPT-32, six cold-rolling mills XPT-55, one cold-rolling mill XPTR-30-60, one two-strand cold-rolling mill ÕÏÒÐ-8-15, one drawing mill for 75 t, 1 - 60 t, 2 - 15 t, 2 - 7,5 t, 4 - 30 t.
   The Workshop holds 4 furnaces with open gas firing, three furnaces in length of 18 m and 1 - 25 m, one furnace with controlled atmosphere for normalization of pipes, one furnace in length 0f 125 m for tempering in controlled atmosphere, eighteen electric bridge cranes, six etching baths, three mechanic devices for pipe ends forgery, two pneumatic hammers, two rotary swaggers. There are two mechanical furnishing lines with pipe cutting tools, including straightening mill, cutoff machines and benches of QCD for pipes of 25-73 mm.

   There can be distinguished three schemes of pipe production:
       - arrival of a mother pipe from the rolling workshop - cutting - inspection on the QCD bench - descaling - application of coats - deformation on XPT - thermal treatment - furnishing;
       - similar to the given above with extra rolling on the mill XPTR;
       - arrival of a mother pipe from the rolling workshop - cutting - inspection on the QCD bench - pointing of ends for further drawing - descaling - application of coats - drawing - thermal treatment - furnishing.
   Combined schemes are possible.
   Production cycle for different pipes do not exceed 15 days since the moment of arrival of a hot-rolled mother pipe in the workshop with regard to delivery of round billets for the hot-rolled workshop within 30 days.
